Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• A valid proof of purchase (order receipt or invoice) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or custom-printed books.

• E-books or digital downloads.

• Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales (unless defective).

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return:

2. Return Shipping:

   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

3. Refund/Replacement:
