At Gita Pustakalaya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy with the following conditions:

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be undamaged with no marks, writings, or physical damage
  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact
  • A valid proof of purchase (order receipt or invoice) is required for all returns

We inspect all returned items to ensure they meet these conditions before processing returns, replacements, or exchanges.

Return Process

Report Within 48 Hours: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos showing the damage or error.

What we need from you:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item from multiple angles
  • Photos of the packaging showing any external damage
  • Your order number and delivery details
  • A brief description of the issue

Our commitment: We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. You will not be charged for return shipping of damaged or incorrect items.
