Eligibility for Returns
At Gita Pustakalaya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy with the following conditions:
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Items must meet these conditions:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Items must be undamaged with no marks, writings, or physical damage
- Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact
- A valid proof of purchase (order receipt or invoice) is required for all returns
We inspect all returned items to ensure they meet these conditions before processing returns, replacements, or exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
While we strive to accommodate all return requests, certain items cannot be returned due to their nature or special circumstances.
The following items are NOT eligible for returns:

Return Process
Returning an item is simple and straightforward. Follow these steps to initiate and complete your return:

Step 2: Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Ship the item securely to our address:

Step 3: Return / Replacement / Exchange

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will make it right immediately.
Report Within 48 Hours: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos showing the damage or error.
What we need from you:
- Clear photos of the damaged item from multiple angles
- Photos of the packaging showing any external damage
- Your order number and delivery details
- A brief description of the issue
Our commitment: We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. You will not be charged for return shipping of damaged or incorrect items.
